Saddle&Stone

At Saddle&Stone, each piece is crafted with intention and produced exclusively for you. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.

After 48 hours, orders are considered confirmed and may have entered production. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

To request a cancellation within the 48-hour window, please contact SaddleAndStoneHelp@gmail.com with your order number.

Made-to-Order Artwork

All Saddle&Stone artwork is made to order. Production begins shortly after an order is placed.

Because each piece is produced specifically for the customer, orders that have entered production are non-refundable and non-cancellable, except in the event of damage or defect upon arrival.

Returns

To initiate a return for damage, please email SaddleAndStoneHelp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number along with clear photographs of both the artwork and its packaging. Upon review, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Claims submitted beyond 14 days of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping fees and carrier charges may be deducted from any eligible refund
• Made-to-order items are not eligible for refund once production has been completed
